The holidays are just around the corner and the grandiose gift giving options are upon us.

With that in mind, one of the most deluxe new spirits is being offered by Dewar’s … their Double Double 37-Year-Old Scotch Whisky and Baccarat crystal tumbler set.

Not for the faint of heart, or wallet, it comes priced at $1,799 a bottle. The whisky itself is aged four times for ultimate smoothness. In fact, Dewar’s Double Double 37 is the highest age expression released from the brand’s Double Double range.

The limited-edition release is the first of four in a special Collector’s Series celebrating Scotland’s most famous whisky regions.

The Double Double 37 whisky comes finished in Oloroso Sherry casks that previously held Aultmore single malt whisky, which honors the region of Speyside.

The whisky is crafted by Master Blender Stephanie Macleod, and the blended malt is made up of a collection of single malt whiskies, each aged independently for 37 years. It clocks in at 48% ABV for the 375ml bottle.

To make the Double Double 37 drinking experience even more special, Dewar’s Scotch Whisky partnered with iconic, luxury French crystal manufacturer, Baccarat, to release a limited-edition set of Double Double 37 and cut crystal glassware.

The glassware set and bottle will be available for the holidays for $1,799 on www.Dewars.com, with the bottle going live on the website on Sept. 29th.
