Here it is, the holiday season. And the premium whisky makers at Diageo have made it easy to elevate hosting and gift-giving with a one-of-a-kind single malt Scotch from Oban.

The vaunted Scottish whisky distillery, Oban, is one of the oldest and smallest distilleries in Scotland, run by only seven dedicated craftsmen. They haven’t changed how they make Oban since 1794. 

Those craftsmen offer the Oban 14 Year Old Whisky, rich in sweetness with notes of dried figs and honey followed by a malty dryness with a long, smooth finish. It has a suggested price of $79.99 per bottle.

And now, there’s the Oban Distiller’s Edition, a smooth whisky that undergoes a second maturation in Montilla Fino sherry casks. It features luxurious flavors of butterscotch, toffee, and caramel with a backbone of sea salt and a smoky-sweet finish. It has a suggested price of $95 a bottle.
