Pendleton Whisky, the namesake whisky of the historic Pendleton Round-Up, just announced a new partnership as the first whisky sponsor of the Fort Worth Stockyards and the official whisky of the Cowtown Coliseum.

Texans and visitors will see the VIP bar inside the Coliseum renamed the Let’er Buck Saloon in honor of the saying embossed on every bottle of Pendleton Whisky.

The Fort Worth Stockyards, a National Historic District, is considered an icon of Western culture and heritage in America. It was recognized as the largest livestock trading center in the country, coined the “Wall Street of the West.”

Today, it’s been revitalized and transformed into a 70-acre entertainment district, complete with restaurant, retail, hotel and shopping spaces including Mule Alley, Stockyards Hotel and Hotel Drover. Among its historic landmarks is the Cowtown Coliseum, a significant Fort Worth building and the birthplace of the first indoor rodeo.

“This partnership with PBR, the Fort Worth Stockyards and the Cowtown Coliseum is a great example of Pendleton Whisky’s dedication to Western athletics and lifestyle. We are excited to be a part of and support these iconic institutions that embrace everyday Americana at its best,” said Tia Bledsoe, Pendleton Whisky Brand Heritage Director. “We are looking forward to raising a glass of Pendleton Whisky with the incredible fans and being a part of the Western tradition at the Stockyards as its first whisky sponsor.”

Custom Pendleton Whisky cocktails will be available at pop-up bars during peak season and special events. Pendleton Whisky is a long-time supporter of Western athletics and is the official whisky of PBR and the PRCA.
