Rediviva, a spirits maker based in Washougal, Washington, has become known in the Pacific Northwest region for its unique combinations of fruit-flavored spirits. First, there was a blackberry liqueur, as well as their award winning plum brandy.
The team then used fresh cherries picked from nearby Hood River, Oregon for a host of other spirits … namely their newest offering, the Rediviva Cherry Almond liqueur. And they’ve followed up with an 80-proof Cherry Brandy.
The Cherry Almond offering is reminiscent of the aromas of grandpa’s pipe around a warm fire. The liqueur is pleasantly warm, clocking in at 37.82 proof. The fresh, Hood River cherries are evident on first sip, and the warmth of the liqueur finishes like a hug.
The new offerings run about $40 for a 375ml bottle, and you can now find Rediviva’s offerings in Oregon, at Hollywood Liquor, as well as online through the Rediviva website.
