For Elizabeth, whiskey runs in the family; her mother’s career in the spirits industry laid the foundation, but it was her father who ignited her love for bourbon. Bringing him into the distillery felt like coming full circle, a way to honor the man who first introduced her to the world of whiskey.

“It was such a special experience,” Elizabeth recalls. “To have my Dad by my side, creating something we both love – there’s nothing quite like it.”

Tim echoes her sentiment, with pride. “I’ve always been a bourbon drinker,” he said. “But to be able to work alongside my daughter, to share in this passion together, it’s a dream come true.”
