There’s a great recipe for a Tequila Sunrise from the vaunted brand Corralejo Tequila, with its rich history and an undeniable connection to the heart of Mexico, part of the Infinium Spirits Portfolio.
Their Tequila Sunrise will help you beat the summer heat with a great cool-down cocktail.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Corralejo Tequila
3 oz orange juice
.5 oz Grenadine
2 oz Champagne/Prosecco
Method:
Build in wine glass. Add ice, then stir. Sink Grenadine in the glass. Garnish with an orange wheel.
Corralejo’s distillation methods, preserved and refined over centuries, showcase a tradition of skilled craftsmanship passed down through generations of master artisans. Each bottle tells a story of dedication, heritage, and the vibrant flavors of Mexico.
In fact, Corralejo has more than 250 years of history steeped in rich tequila tradition. Hacienda Corralejo, the distillery and home of Tequila Corralejo, is not only the birthplace of Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, the leader of the Mexican War of Independence, but also the first estate in Mexico to produce tequila commercially. Unique among tequila distilleries, Corralejo holds the rare privilege of producing tequila outside the province of Jalisco.
