Mash & Mallow, new to the craft whiskey scene, offers a unique twist with its blend of chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and graham cracker, evoking the nostalgic taste of s’mores.
Designed for those crisp fall evenings spent by the fire, this premium whiskey delivers a smooth, smoky finish that captures the essence of the great outdoors.
Created by Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame Whiskey Maker Kaveh Zamanian, in collaboration with Pernod Ricard, Mash & Mallow reflects Zamanian’s dedication to innovating the whiskey craft.
The whiskey features a captivating smoky aroma intertwined with flavors of graham cracker, chocolate, roasted marshmallow, and a hint of confectionery sweetness. On the palate, it maintains a robust whiskey profile with a wood-oak finish that balances sweetness and subtle smokiness.
Its mash bill, consisting of 97% corn whiskey and 3% rye whiskey, is complemented by the distinctive added flavors.

This launch is the second collaboration between Zamanian and Pernod Ricard. Previously, the Mary Dowling Whiskey Company unveiled its inaugural whiskey collection, featuring Tequila Barrel and Double Oak Barrel expressions.
The 750ml bottle has a suggested retail price of $32.99 and the whiskey clocks in at 35% ABV (70 proof). In the U.S., Mash & Mallow is distributed by Castle Brands and is available at select retailers across CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, NJ, NY, SC, TX, WA, and WI.
