The Sazerac Company is stepping up to support California wildfire relief with an exclusive fundraiser featuring some of Buffalo Trace Distillery’s most coveted bourbons.

All proceeds from the initiative will benefit World Central Kitchen (WCK) and Another Round Another Rally (ARAR), two nonprofit organizations providing crucial aid to those affected by the devastating fires.

Ultra-Rare Bourbon Packages Up for Grabs

This one-of-a-kind fundraiser offers three ways for bourbon enthusiasts to contribute while securing ultra-rare spirits:

• Auction: A historic opportunity to bid on the first-ever single barrel of Pappy Van Winkle 15 Year Old, hand-selected from Buffalo Trace’s aging warehouses. With an estimated 125 bottles per barrel, this is a once-in-a-lifetime collector’s item. Auction proceeds will be split between WCK and ARAR.
• Sweepstakes #1: Win a full set of the Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon Collection, featuring six expressions ranging from Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year to the ultra-rare Pappy Van Winkle 23 Year. Proceeds benefit WCK.
• Sweepstakes #2: Score a bottle of Eagle Rare 25, the oldest release from the Eagle Rare portfolio. Aged in Warehouse P, this 25-year-old bourbon redefines ultra-aged whiskey. Proceeds benefit ARAR.

How to Participate

• Auction: Bidding starts at $10,000, with $1,000 increments. The highest bidder wins a monetary prize equal to the lot’s value, which can be used to purchase the bottles from the barrel. Bid Here

Why It Matters

The California wildfires have devastated communities, destroying over 16,000 structures and impacting thousands of lives. WCK has served over 600,000 meals in partnership with 80+ restaurants and food trucks, while ARAR has provided more than $100,000 in direct financial aid to hospitality workers who’ve lost jobs and income.
