It’s official … flavored whiskey is no longer a novelty, it’s a movement. Now accounting for more than 20% of U.S. whiskey sales, this fast-growing category is getting a crystal-clear makeover. Enter Beach Whiskey, a sleek, naturally flavored spirit that’s rewriting the rules of whiskey, in time for summer.

While traditional whiskey leans on barrel aging and deeper hues, Beach Whiskey flips the script. Using a proprietary filtration process instead of oak barrels, the result is a crystal-clear whiskey with an ultra-smooth mouthfeel and a bright, clean finish. No artificial colors. No burn. Just bold flavor in an easy-drinking format that’s catching fire … especially among younger sippers craving something fresh.

At the heart of the lineup is Island Coconut (26% ABV), a breezy blend of natural coconut with a whisper of wild blueberry that feels tailor-made for beach bars and backyards alike. Prefer your whiskey with a little heat? Bonfire Cinnamon (35% ABV) delivers a bold kick from real cinnamon bark and capsicum, proving that clear doesn’t mean tame.

For on-the-go good times, Beach Whiskey also brings the party in a can. Their ready-to-drink (RTD) lineup (5% ABV) features playful combos like Watermelon Peach, Mango Lemonade, Pineapple Coconut, and Strawberry Lemonade … suitable for poolside hangs or sunset sips with zero hassle.

Beyond the aesthetic (and yes, these bottles are Instagram gold), Beach Whiskey is a smart pour for anyone exploring modern whiskey trends. Its lower ABV and clean flavor profile make it a versatile base for cocktails … think coconut highballs, cinnamon sours, or easy spritzes with a citrus twist.

Whether you’re tracking the rise of clear whiskey, scouting new summer cocktail stars, or simply looking for your next beachside pour, Beach Whiskey makes a strong (but smooth) case for stepping outside the barrel. This is whiskey built for sunshine, and we’re here for it.

Pro tip: Try Island Coconut over crushed ice with a splash of pineapple juice. Add a lime wedge, cue the steel drums, and toast to a clear-spirited summer.

  1. Having tried 1 or 2 flavoured whiskey – mainly of the honeyed variety – I must admit it’s not a movement I wish to join.
Chasing innovation & sales is something whiskey companies do though & while not being won over by the flavours, I welcome their addition to the broader category.
