The Happy Gilmore Gimlet

• 2 oz Tequila Corralejo Silver
• 1 oz cucumber juice
• 0.5 oz lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup

Shake it all up with ice, strain into a tall glass over fresh cubes, and garnish with a cucumber ribbon … because you’re classy, even if you still wear hockey jerseys to golf.
