Mount Gay global brand director Paige Parness described the partnership as a natural extension of the brand’s connection to both sailing and golf, noting the shared lifestyle and aesthetics between the communities. Meanwhile, Devereux co-founder Robert Brunner said the collaboration came together because both brands value authenticity, heritage, and a willingness to push culture forward.
